The data here collected are XAS spectra, collected at BM08 (ESRF), of the Cd, Se, and Zn K-edges of contemporary Cd-based pigments. The samples have been acquired by the Italian vendors Zecchi, and the powders have been analyzed as prepared. The samples listed are C0014, C0016, and C0018 (Cadmium yellows); C0026 (Cadmium orange); and C0028, C0030, and C0032 (Cadmium reds). The measures have been performed in vacuum in fluorescence mode.
