Steps to reproduce

CyBorgh - Image segmentation and analysis function in Matlab(R2024a) Drag and drop the file.m in Matlab editor INPUT: immagine_c : input image (Dapi) to be segmented (upload in Matlab) mis_tile : [height, width] of tile size for subdivision OUTPUT: Generates segmentation images and saves data tables to CSV/MAT files (Mean value, AreaCell, Spatial coordinates, LabelMarker) (put all images including input to be segmented (Dapi) in the same folder (Images) ), funtion must be located outside this folder, at the same level Run the function in the command window: e.g. CyBorgh(cdata,[1000,1000]) Suggested computing capacity for a dataset of 85 image.tiff of 363MB each: CPU : Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 5118 CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.29 GHz (2 processor) RAM 176GB
